Privacy policy

Plain-language summary. This is a beta draft and will be reviewed by a privacy lawyer before Wanlly opens widely.

What we collect

  • Your account: name, email and profile photo from your sign-in (Google, GitHub or email), and whether you've verified a phone. If you verify on WhatsApp, we keep only a one-way fingerprint of the number, so it can't be used for a second account; we never store the number itself or message you.
  • Your country, from your network, to choose ads and set ad rates.
  • What you create: prompts, files, projects and the replies AI models send back.
  • A short profile Wanlly writes from your chats (what you work on, your interests, how you like answers), used to tailor replies and suggestions. It never includes health, money, religion or politics details, passwords, or anything about other people. You can read, edit, switch off or erase it on your Profile page; advertisers never see it. Ads that match your chat are chosen in your browser.
  • How you use Wanlly: credits earned and spent, ads shown and watched, and security signals such as device and network, to stop abuse.
  • Visits, counted without cookies: the page, the site that sent you, your country and device type. Your network address and browser are turned into a code that changes every day and can't be turned back. We skip this if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Why we use it

  • To run Wanlly and send your requests to the AI model you choose.
  • To pay for it with ads, and to make sure rewards are fair and real.
  • To keep accounts safe and stop bots and misuse.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run Wanlly: AI providers (Anthropic for Claude, Google for Gemini, xAI for Grok, DeepSeek, and the hosts of the open models: NVIDIA, Cerebras, Groq, Mistral and OpenRouter), Clerk (sign-in), Meta (WhatsApp, only the verification message you send us), Neon (database), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and our ad partners. Advertisers never receive your prompts or your work.

Gemini during testing: while Wanlly uses Google's free Gemini access for testing, Google may use those prompts and replies to improve its products. We'll tell you clearly before that applies to you, and you can choose Claude instead.

Open models and Auto (free): these run on free tiers from NVIDIA, Cerebras, Groq, Mistral or OpenRouter. Some of these hosts may log prompts or use them to improve their services. Don't share anything private with these models; choose Claude for sensitive work.

What we never do

  • We never train AI on your prompts, files or projects.
  • We never sell your personal information.
  • We never target ads using sensitive information such as health, religion or politics.

Your choices

You can download or delete your data from Profile and settings at any time, and change your ad choices there. For anything else, contact us.
